Platform pack: run the database component in PaaS Database.

Hi community,

I'm installing JDE 9.2 manually on OCI.

I have two databases. One for PD and the second DB for PS, DV, PY.

The DB for PD is a PaaS database (EE Extreme Performance, using two nodes in a RAC solution). The DB for PS, DV, and PY (non-prod) environments, is a PaaS database too (EE).

JDE manual (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E61420_01/doc.92/e55692/platform_pack.htm#EOIWO285  ), section 6.7.1 (Running the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Platform Pack Installer), states:

"If you are installing the Enterprise Server and the Database Server on different machines, you cannot run the installer on the Enterprise Server and install the Database Server remotely
