How the WS_SRC_ID value gets stamped in S_WFR_PROC table for workflows.

Need input on below queries

* What is the significance of WS_SRC_ID

* For existing workflows should this value remain same in MAIN work-space and Dev work-space created under MAIN?

* If workflow is imported in any Dev work-space should it have WS_SRC_ID same as MAIN and new values gets stamped?

* Does this value play any role on how Siebel handles delivery of workflow changes into MAIN
