Shared Database for two individual license P6 users?

I am currently working on a single use license in Primavera P6 PPM (version 19). A colleague of mine is doing the same. We would like to find a way to have a shared database that we can both work in and update project files. Is there an option for this or some cloud database offering that Oracle has?

I am aware that an enterprise license would allow this, but we do not have enough users to support this. Is there some middle ground option? When searching the forums I only see this discussed for EPPM.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
