Fluid Total Rewards Statement still displaying 6 places even after changing currency setting

I have seen several posts about users wanting to know how to change the setting for the Fluid Total Rewards statements so that it only shows 2 decimal places but I have not seen where anyone has been able to successfully do this.

Per one post I read, I changed the setting on our currency (for USD) to 2 decimal places and recreated the statements and that does not seem to help.  I reviewed the extract tables and they only have 2 decimal places and indicate the currently code as USD.

I am wondering if anyone has figured out how to change the settings so that there are only 2 decimal places on the TR Statement?  If you have can you please share how you accomplished it?  Thank you
