We want to change the method so that emails are sent out using Office 365 as the outgoing mail serve

We want to change the method so that emails are sent out using Office 365 as the outgoing mail server instead existing mail server.  As a specific example, job R42565 send out nightly invoices to the customer by email. There is a BI Publisher Template used.

Enterprise server OS: AS400
