ePro split distribution lines default to first line on save

When creating a requisition, the Accounting Details portion is updated with multiple lines of locations and cost centers.  It will populate correctly on each line, however, when saved, it will change all lines to the first lines information, resulting in multiples lines of the same information.

We are using 9.2, not Fluid and the Default Options are set to Override.

Is there a setting somewhere driving this?
