Upgrading ECC from V3 to V4 as per Appendix C in 2495053.1

Please advise if the following is supported, to be able to keep EBS online and ECC dashboards accessible during the apply phase and use the cutover downtime window to upgrade ECC?

1. Start adop Online Patching Cycle with prepare

2. Apply the Oracle E-Business Suite patches required for V4 following the instructions in Section 4.2 Apply Patches to the Oracle E-Business Suite Instance.

3. Run adop finalize and cutover without starting EBS

4. Upgrade from V3 to V4 as per 2495053.1

Change to the <STAGING_DIRECTORY>/Oracle/quickInstall directory and run the upgrade.sh script.

cd Oracle/quickInstall

./upgrade.sh

5. Start EBS (or is EBS required up and running for upgrade.sh ?)
