Product allocation In sales 40307

, there were 629.334 cases of item A recorded as sold in the allocation table for Customer Group AC – 

Today the Quantity sold is at 875.334 cases, however I can’t find transactions that would use up 246 cases for this Customer Group since Monday afternoon.

is there any documentation  available what quantity gets updated in the allocation table or what can be checked.
