Planning refresh not reporting all formula errors for BSO cube

I'm having an issue where Planning is only reporting some formula errors and not others after performing a refresh. I'm having this issue mostly with block storage option (BSO) cubes. I was wondering if anyone had encountered this issue before and what causes and solutions they came up with. Any help would be much appreciated!
