City and Postal Code used by multiple Counties of the same State

Hi there!

We have issue Creating a Customer with below Address:

Country: United States

Sate: FL

County: St Johns

City: St Johns

Postal Code: 32259

City does NOT exists within the County.

Online search shows City exists under the County mentioned above. Two things that caught my
attention was:

  1. St Johns is an
         unincorporated area.
  2. Postal Code:32259 is ALSO under County: Duval.  -->That is, Postal Code s used by Multi Counties.

We get Updates from Vertex.   If a city and/or postal code  is shared by multiple counties would  Vertex show the city/postal code under both counties?

All input is highly appreciated!
