Hi,

We have oracle forms/reports 12c rel3 installed on windows 2016, and we have an issue with reports when running all reports crash.

I observered one thing that when the oracle nodemanager registered for forms/reports set to local system it works well, but when try to set service account it fails.

I compared the priviliges of both and everything is same.
