How do I start over perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier dualfs as I ran out of space

I ran out of space on my second node when creating the patch file system during perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier dualfs and had to create a new directory from scratch.  But when I try to run perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier dualfs now it wants to continue where I left off.  How do I force it to start from scratch?
