I am wondering whether any one else has a solution to this issue? Currently we are looking into developing a custom process that will take any ineligible future dated events and set their workflow status to push back forcing the employee to re-forecast / re-submit the events. I am also looking into requiring managers to forecast on approval to capture changes in the forecast status between submission and approval. Is that overkill?
Has anyone else developed another way to take into account future dated events and to identify a forecasted event as ineligible if a future event takes the employee over the limit?
