Can I drop empty datafile for SYSAUX tablespace?

Hi Experts,

Can I drop an empty SYSAUX tablespace that I took "offline"? We deiced to leverage ACFS file system for datafiles long time ago and I accidentally added another sysaux datafile in ASM in stead of ACFS file system. As soon as I noticed that, I took that datafile offline. The size of that datafile look likes it is zero (maybe it's not really empty) but I don't know if that is true. I can't drop it even though the size is "0". It would be great if you can provide me with some advice. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: Now that I think about it, I should've kept in online and "migrate" from ASM to ACFS. I think its too late now.

Howdy, Stranger!
