Upgraded V3 to V4

Payables Command Center Data Load FULL_LOAD run

Unable to acces the new Period Close AP Dashboard

Based on similar problem in 2603649.1 ran the following without change

FNDLOAD apps 0 Y UPLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afsload.lct $AP_TOP/patch/115/import/IS/apeccmenu.ldt - CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE

No new ROLE or Data Load for Period Close in 2495053.1.

Any hint on what is missing?
