Docusign Authentication--outside of US

We have a user who is trying to authenticate to a DocuSign signer that is outside of the US (in Poland). How do we set the country code up? For the US, it's just 1. What about outside? She's tried 01148 (only allows 3 characters), 048, 48, nothing works. Anyone have any experience with this?
