Show Embedded images in Inbound Emails

Hi All,

  When ever we recieve an email to siebel, Siebel by default strips the images and creates them as attachments, Now the users are not happy with the way the email is presented, they would like to see the email as they see it in outlook, i.e with all images and text in the same body page. Is there a way to maintain that format without stripping them in IP 17 or IP 19.
