R12.2 Stable Version for Upgrade from R12.1.1

Hi Experts,

We are planning to upgrade our application from 12.1.1 to R12.2.X version. We are using the below mentioned modules in our application, we would like to know the stable version in R12.2. We know R12.2.8 has more features and R12.2.9+ is the latest release, but we want to know the stability of version based on usage of customers. Your reply will help us to choose the version for upgrade.

Procurement

I-proc

I-supplier

Oracle Process Manufacturing

Warehouse Management

Financials
