API to inactivate Payment Process Request Template in Payments application

Hi,

Is there an API (Database Package/Procedure) to 'End Date'  "Payment Process Request Template" setup in the Payments (IBY) application ? We have a requirement to programatically inactivate multiple templates.

Please suggest/advise !
