Peoplesoft ecompensation Merit process

Hi All,

We are exploring how eCompensation module works  and what is the business process. so far we went through in peoplebooks where we can integrate with Variable compensation plans and rewards by creating groups and Compensation cycles.

Could you please let us know how about employee merit increase how can we leverage by using eCompensation? Assume that Merit increase process for India March-April.
