How do I install MS Windows Serices for Admin and Managed Servers

and have unfortunately reached a road block.

I followed the steps for the section Create a MS Windows Service for an Admin Server and made it to step 5 and created the Service so now it appears in the Services window. However when I try to start the service a dialogue box appears with the following message.

The AdminServer service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.
