How do I install MS Windows Serices for Admin and Managed Servers

Good Day I am following this documentation titled "How to Install MS Windows Services For FMW 11g WebLogic Domain Admin and Managed Servers (Doc ID 1060058.1)" MC0KA1r_4#aref_section310" title="https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=405223491128542&id=1060058.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=enMC0KA1r_4#aref_section310">https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=405223491128542&id=1060058.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-…

and have unfortunately reached a road block.

I followed the steps for the section Create a MS Windows Service for an Admin Server and made it to step 5 and created the Service so now it appears in the Services window. However when I try to start the service a dialogue box appears with the following message.
