EBS: EIT - US Ethnic Origin Validation

Hi,

Is there a way to add validation to EIT - US Ethnic Origin? By state mandate, at least one race (out of 5) has to be Yes, regardless of Hispanic flag.

For now, I can save record even no race is Yes. Ideally, Oracle can make correction but I can't wait that long.
