TOO many parse error

Hello Gurus,

    I have several error "too many parse errors" see below, and i am joining my alert's file.

I see only that my database is everytimes slow.

My database is in version 12.2.0.1, it is a version Standard Edition then i may not join an AWR report but Only a statspack report.

My server is Windows 16 x86-64 with 4 cpu and it is a VM.

i do not know how may I resolve my problem ?

who may help me ?

Shared IO Pool defaulting to 128MB. Trying to get it from Buffer Cache for process 2184.
