ERP JDE XE version application data related query

Dear Experts,

We are using ERP JDE Xe version , we have received a techical query , Could you please advise on this.

Question 1:

-->Is it possible can we  copy the data from the JDE screen and paste it to an Excel spreadsheet?

Question 2:

Here we are using Unix application  server connecting via PUTTY.

-->

can we able to pull application  reports directly from the application server and open them locally from the computer?

Given above questions can possible to view application data  in ERP JDE xe version using unix appication servers connecting via putty.
