if i have data like

assume sysdate is 17-4-2020

invoice_id        creation_date

    1001        01-4-2020 14:20:33

    1002        05-4-2020 14:20:33

    1003        08-4-2020 14:20:33

    1004        10-4-2020 14:20:33

    1005        12-4-2020 14:20:33

    1006        17-4-2020 14:20:33

    1007        22-4-2020 14:20:33

    1008        23-4-2020 14:20:33

    1009        30-4-2020 14:20:33

if we pass date for example 17-4-2020 in the report

from this parameter i will fetch data like

today    week1   week2   week3  week4  week5   total

  1            2            3          1           2          1           9
