How To Resize Task in Designer Pane on Composite Page

Sorry for the very non technical only a functional consultant question - I have designed E1 Pages and I find Composite Pages way easier to design, however, how do you resize the box the task sits in?  I currently created a working copy of an existing Composite Page, but the client wants the tasks to appear smaller. I thought it would be as easy as moving the up/down arrows on the sides when editing, but I get a circle with a line through it which tells me I am not allowed to change the size.  If I create a brand
