Create Accounting - Zero Dollar Assets
Hi all-
We have a handful of assets that were successfully retired. However, when we look at the Cost History tab under 'View Financial Information', there is no line for FULL RETIREMENT. However, when I go to Transaction History, I can see that the asset was retired, as expected.
My business partners are wondering why the retirement doesn't show in Cost History. Digging in, I see that the assets never had any value - they were added and retired at $0 assets, with no cost added in between. Can I assume that this is the issue? I'm guessing that Create Accounting doesn't pick up $0 transactions and that's somehow why the transactions don't appear in Cost History?
