Arial Font changed to Albany for PDF/A generated documents

Hi

We want to generate PDF/A documents from RTF templates with Bi Publisher 12.2.1.3.  Templates have Arial fonts with normal and bold characters.  When I try the output format "pdf", the result is good = Arial font in the document.  But when the output format is "pdfa" the result file has the Albany WT J font  without bold characters. 

What do i have to do to make the result as good as i want ??
