E-Business Performance Question

Hello Everyone,

Our E-Business R12.2, BI, SOA, Hyperion, and SSO applications are migrating to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.  The first cycle of migration is in process and should be done soon.

Basically, we would like to test the performance of the above applications on OCI for I need some direction and looking for documents from Oracle best practices and methodologies to compare and measure/analyze the performance between on-premise VS OCI.
