System is not calculating the payment for leaves

Hi,

We are facing the issue like, system is not calculating the payment for remaining leave days for part time/contract employees when they resign.

Actually they are eligible for 21 days leave per year.

If they are not take any leaves, system should pay for those leaves. But now its not happening.

Kindly help me on this.
