QUANTITY ON HAND NOT MATCHING WITH F4111 QTY (SUM IN PRIMARY UOM)

Dear All ,

we have an issue , where QTY on hand in primary UOM  is not matching with SUM of F4111 QTY in primary UOM .

is there any way to correct F4111 QTY without impacting quantity on hand ?
