Update ASSESSABLE_VALUE field in ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS using API

Hello,

I want to know if the assessable value in ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS can be updated using ZX_API_PUB. If it can be, how can make sure the values get updated correctly. How to cross check it. Means is it safe to update it using this api using procedure on java form personalization before going to OAF page where this field of assessable value displayed.
