How to add senior management in Eperformance

I am stuck with the following scenario: You all are requested to help.
E performance:
Current Setup:
Employee Side:
- Employee creates a performance document
- Insert ratings
- Completes document
- System automatically sends document to His Direct Manager
- Process End.
Manger Side:
- Manager Evaluates a document
- Submit nominees
Nominee:
Nominee rate the document as required.
Problem:
Is there any way we can make a nominee view the rating added by manager and employee while adding his ratings?
Reason for this:
We want to involve senior management to mediate and monitor the evaluation process.
For E.g. in senior management, let’s say, A CEO wants to view the performance documents of all employees and also wants to provide his feedback on the same KPIs that are rated by a set of Manager and their subordinates. In our understating this would help to recognize and remove the personal favoritism / personal bias from managers.
