Oracle OSM 13c installation issues

Hello,

I am having difficulties when trying to install Oracle enterprise manager Cloud control 13.4c.

The database to be managed is:

Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

With +ASM storage of the same version and Oracle january 2020 PSU applied on both homes (asm + DB).

Operating system is:

[oracle@*****~]$ cat /etc/redhat-release

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.8 (Maipo)

[oracle@****** ~]$ uname -a

Linux ****** 4.1.12-124.38.1.el7uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Wed Apr 8 10:04:33 PDT 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

with latest yum update being run a few days ago.

No prerequisites were skipped during the installation phase.

Have retried the installation 3 times to no avail (deinstalled OMS + all database entities) + started anew.
