Letter of Credit Oracle standared Functionality

Create/Maintain and match Letter of Credit is a common business export process.

We observed that for Few Country localization , this process is provided by India. [For.e.g India]

We would like to know

Is there any oracle standard LC Process , which can be used for other countries like Saudi, Dubai.

As they also have same export business process for LC Maintain and matching.

Can you guide. or suggest any workaround to fulfill business requirement.
