Misc. Issue Transactions are failing not getting costed

Hi Gurus,

<standard costing>

Misc. Issue Transactions are not getting costed by cost manager and are failing with error ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too. Error explanation: failure:Ele_Acct( 60 ): Flow schedule flag = 0 .  As per my analysis there is some problem in account setup issue because when I created a trigger on table Mtl_transaction_accounts i found that accounting line type 1 for that transaction is getting generated with a reference account but accounting_line_type 2 is not getting generated.

Could you please help that where shall I look to check if each and every account has been setup correctly.
