Work order Failed close

Dear Srini and Arun,

Hope you all safe,

Please note we are facing  issue while closing work order's below is the error message

Note:I Monitored the user  while completing he did't changed actual start date and actual completion date ,Hence date will be same as scheduled dates

and user is also changing the work order closing dates to scheduled start date of the work order so work order scheduled dates and closing dates are same ,So when we are closing work order we are facing the below error from log out put

And my identification as below :

1.System is not accepting even one month later date
