Lot/Serial Number Must be Entered-P4141

Hi All,

At the time of entering quantity for Cycle Count in Application P4141,I am getting below error

Highlighted location with error is a Primary location and should not have any Lot/Serial number

Could you please let me know root cause and how can i take this ahead
