Internal link in external e-mail notification

Hello!

We have a specific problem with supplier notifications.

We've made a new notification and it works ok in the system (Notifications Summary), but when it's sent from notifications to the e-mail - it contains internal link inside, so supplier can't read it.

Other standard notifications work well.

System profile PON: External Application Framework Agent is set to the external link.

What could be the problem?
