Off site warehouse question

Hi,

    We have a requirment to have an off site warehouse  . The  Orders will be picked in the Warehouse and only dropped when it hits the production warehouse

However we need to track the material as its being transfred between warehouses.What options do we have here  We are 12.3  WMS enabled
