Warning: unable to perform rename of temporary file during data export hyperion planning

I have an application administrator that is receiving a "Warning: unable to perform rename of temporary file: tmp{username}_ExportedDataAccounts.0.OLU.tmp to ...\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\tmp{username}_ExportedDataAccounts.1-1.csv" the second time he runs a data export.  If I delete the .csv he can run it again but just once before getting the same error. I think it is failing because the file that it wants to rename to already exists.  Any ideas why it does not increment or overwrite the destination file?
