OEM 13c monitoring pluggable database state

Hello,

I am trying to establish OEM13c monitoring for my pluggable database.

Env:

19c RAC database - 3 node cluster with single PDB

Requirement:

i have to monitor my PDB state in each instance - When PDB is not open in any of the instance i should get the alert.

Issue:

In the pluggable database monitoring template i have added Response State - MOUNTED|CLOSED|UNKNOWN and Status - Down -- when my pluggable db is clsoed in all the instance i am getting the alert.

When its down in any one of the instance i am not getting the alert - Target status is showing up even PDB is up on any one of the instance.
