Picking Optimization WMS License Plate Processing

As per Doc ID 2637450.1 a new enhancement has been built to manage partial license plate during picking. We want the software to suggest boxes when the quantity ordered is less then the quantity of the full pallet, let's say the item structure is 1PL = 36 CA and 1 CA = 4EA (hence 1PL=144UN), if we have a sales order line of 2 BX, we want the system to suggest 2 BX from a PL license plate, not 1 PL as we can see in the image:

We have done everything the document said, the only thing that we are doing different is the fact that we don't license boxes (CA)
