Rolling of progress from Resource and Task

We have a requirement to enter the planned cost and actual at both resource and task level .

For regular employees actual will be collected through time card and for contingent worker actual and planned need to enter  at task level as role of contingent worker is not same throughout the project

so progress of employees from resources and contingent worker from tasks will be rolled up at task level
