CIP value of MGT: Capital Project Summary Report (XML) is different from pa_capital_projects_v tabl

Hello Team,

How to fetch results from the pa_capital_projects_v table. I tried with the executing below line and then qweried the pa_capital_projects_v table.

begin mo_global.init('M'); end;

But when i compared the results with the MGT: Capital Project Summary Report (XML) report the CIP results are different. However this program also fetches the data from pa_capital_projects_v table.

Please suggest what needs to be done.
