kernel panic with remote replication

I have encountered a reproducible situation where the ZFS storage appliance simulator will kernel panic.

My model environment is as follows; I have created two ZFS storage appliances in VirtualBox, imported them into GNS3 and connected them via virtual switch. I have working networking between the two devices and I can configure remote replication successfully.

I can set up a project and LUN at this point and both appliances will continue to operate without issue, however once I add a replication action and the appliances start to replicate it is only a matter of minutes before one of the appliances kernel panics. This then requires me to kill the associated virtual box processes to recover the appliance. See attached image.

Howdy, Stranger!
