Restore one pluggable database

edited May 5, 2020 11:27AM in Database Backup and Recovery (MOSC) 6 commentsAnswered ✓

Hi, I need to restore one pluggable database, there are 2 there, was able to restore, if there's is only one pluggable database, but in this situation, we don't want to touch pdb1, but only would like to restore pdb2 form old previous version of backups, this is a 2 nodes RAC cluster - 18.5 on RH 7.6

Scenario:

1. we had restored successfully pdb1 with the level 0 backups of 3/18.

2. now need to restore pdb2 with a level 0 backup of 4/2

And the task is not to disturb the working of pdb1, please do share if there are any doc/link/steps, with which we can restore pdb2 using the desired backups.

Howdy, Stranger!
