How to trace a journal uploaded from web adi back to the actual journal that's created

Hello Experts.

I know that when a web adi journal gets uploaded, I can look in table apps.BNE_ASYNC_UPLOAD_JOBS.  This will tell me exactly how long the upload itself took.

But what I am trying to find is if there's a way to trace that web adi journal to the actual journal that was created.
