I am having a problem with an earnings element rounding the calculated pay value.

We have a "non production time" earnings element that is rounding up 1 cent. This element could be on an employees record several times for a specific payroll.  As a result, each time the element is on their record, the calculated Pay value result is rounded up 1 cent.  How can I correct this?
