Manager Self Service, routing workflow based on transaction action/reason
We would like to implement many of the Manager Self Service features. We would like to specifically route workflow for approvals based on the specific reason for a transaction. For example, if we are terminating an employee for misconduct, we would like the approval workflow to go to a different or additional approver than say a termination for Resignation. Is this possible? If so, can you please let me know how?
